Nutritional information for every product can be found on their individual product pages here.

Where can I buy unearthed® foods?

Our main stockists are Waitrose and Ocado. For independents and all other stock listings, keep an eye on the News page or follow us on Twitter.

Why can’t I buy unearthed® foods from this website?

We don’t sell directly to individuals at present. We’d love to, really we would, but we aren’t set up to do that just now. If we start doing it in the future we will be making lots of noise about it. In the meantime, thanks for asking.

Can I freeze my unearthed® product?

Freezing advice for every product can be found on their individual product pages here. If it doesn’t say anything about freezing, that means that we don’t recommend you to freeze it.

How can the percentage (%) of ingredients for the pork/goose rillettes exceed 100%

We understand why this is confusing and can seem illogical when you first look at it.
But the percentages are actually correct, according to legislation, not a mistake. Moisture is lost from the goose/pork during the cooking process so the final figure is 100%, however what we state is the pre-cooking level. This is similar to lots of our products.
We’re looking to put a declaration on the pot which explains what happens during the cooking process.
