This most French of pâté combinations jumped out at us on a trip to Brittany. A lovely contrast of textures and flavours that we thought you would appreciate.
We were spoilt for choice with pâtés in Brittany but this classic was always going to be included in the range. You don’t have to be coarse, or in the country, to enjoy it.
In the world of pâtés, this is a pretty classy and smooth citizen. Maybe it was the Grand Marnier® Liqueur that swung us but we couldn’t resist it.
Wonderfully tender, slow cooked, shredded pork. This award-winning Rillettes is produced in Le Mans and we think it is pretty exceptional.
